Our Experience

Our team consists of healthcare experts with hands-on experience in high-performing organisations. We have led large-scale projects aimed at enhancing productivity, integrating innovative technologies, and improving patient outcomes.

Our founder, Brandon Crotty, was a former Director and Executive Management Board Member at Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust—one of the best-performing hospital trusts in the UK. The Trust has two hospital sites and 12 community-based clinics across North West London, with £750M+ in annual services, 8,000 staff, serving a population of 1.5 million.

Previously, Brandon was a Director at NHS England, responsible for operational performance of the NHS in London, covering five integrated care systems, 22 acute and specialist trusts, and £20B+ in annual services.

With extensive leadership experience in healthcare regulation, operations and improvement, we have a proven track record delivering substantial results:

  • Leadership Impact: Led major operational and performance initiatives across NHS Trusts in London, driving significant improvements in service delivery, patient care, and budget management.
